Gay Suicide High When Combined With Infidelity and Cheating
May 2nd, 2007 by BabeMen caught cheating on their wives by having sex with other men are tempted to take their own lives rather than admit their infidelity and lose their families, researchers out of Australia say.. “Instead of hurting their wives or damaging their marriage or ending up with nothing, they would rather kill themselves,” Sydney University researcher Jeff Hudson said. “They can’t see exposure to their wives as being a solution because they don’t want to hurt their wives.”
Hudson questioned 240 men who had had sexual relations with men while being married or de facto relationship.
More than half of the men’s wives were unaware of their sexual activities outside the marriage. Most of the men said they had married because they wanted a family and believed that by being with a woman their attraction to men would fall away.
“A lot of men will commit suicide because they don’t see any other way out,” Hudson said.
