Sid Saeed’s supporters picket Deutsche Bank

Supporters of a Deutsche Bank employee who is suing the German bank in a high profile gay and race discrimination case have protested outside a London hotel where the bank is hosting a conference. They held posters saying: “Shame on Deutsche Bank – defend gay Muslim Sid Saeed” and our favorite, “Deutsche Bank are silly bankers.” Indeed. Saeed, 36, a business manager, has filed a racial and sexual orientation discrimination and harassment claim. He says he was subjected to racist and homophobic abuse by senior managers beginning in 2001.
